Medical awareness - what to include

Medical information is sensitive and we only want to know about things that are relevant to us providing fencing and associated activities. Please use this area to indicate things we may need to know. This need not be limited to physical conditions like allergies - if we need to make accommodations for neurodiverse communication/behaviour, please also include that here. Since we occasionally share food or distribute sweets/chocolate as prizes, food allergies like nuts are also relevant.

Photo/video uses

If you agree to use of photographs/video, these may be published on our website, via club social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram); photos may also be used on printed material like pop-up banners and promotional flyers.

For the purposes of this consent a photo or video of a fencer is one in which they are identifiable, not just one in which their face is visible.

If you do not agree, we will avoid taking photos/video including the fencer (and if they are included by mistake, e.g. in the background of a photo of someone else we will not use that item, and delete any copies of it).
