Medical awareness - what to include

Please only inform us of things that are foreseeably relevant to the activities we undertake. For example we do not usually have food present and as such would not need to hold information about food allergies (unless they are severe enough that the food must not be in the same room).

Our training is flexible and we can adapt it to many needs; if the fencer requires any particular accommodations e.g. for neurodiverse learning/communication, please also use this field to indicate.

Photo/video uses

If you agree to use of photographs/video, these may be published on our website, via club social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram); photos may also be used on printed material like pop-up banners and promotional flyers.

For the purposes of this consent a photo or video of a fencer is one in which they are identifiable, not just one in which their face is visible.

If you do not agree, we will avoid taking photos/video including the fencer (and if they are included by mistake, e.g. in the background of a photo of someone else we will not use that item, and delete any copies of it).
